If you want to add custom text or modify the text already there in the email notifications, you can use translation overrides:

Potentially, you can also edit the email via the menu System>Emails and add the text in the HTML version. However, if you directely add your text there, it will be the same text regardless of the language of the customer (if your website has several languages).
So I would recommend using translation overrides.

This page is the thank you page I suppose. Normally, you should have a link there so that the customer can click on it to access his order.
Now if you want to directly redirect him to the order, you can edit the view file there and instead of displaying the link, you can get the URL and do a redirect on it.
