Hikashop registration form problem after 4.0.2 update / clean install

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : whatever
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Call to a member function getMenu() on null

HI there!

We got some serious problem with registration form: If we choose a Hikashop Registration form menu type, then the following problem occured.

Call to a member function getMenu() on null

It's also a problem when we do a clean install. None of the Registration form Menu item working at all.

We activate the first time too, but i ptr sc for u. We try the update and clean install, but the problem is same.
