Hi,

I do see the main menu color changing when I go in the shop menu. But that's something handled by your template not HikaShop, so I don't see why it would do that because of a HikaShop update.
However, I see that on the page, the sub menu is also broken:
monosnap.com/file/pmqjfldRuj8fXMFmyLt2jyzA2o97Bh
And there are many javascript errors:
monosnap.com/file/LueuakjAxvi5UkQnpSxKi8Wv65fmYt
These errors seem to come from a jquery conflict, probably linked to the template too. And that's probably why the sub menu area is broken.
Now, usually, in such case, the first thing I would recommend is to install jQuery Easy for Joomla and configure it so that it can fix the conflict:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy/
But I would also recommend to check with your template provider. Maybe you need to update your template or maybe these are new issues they don't know about.

Hi...I got this message from Joomlashine.

Hello Peter,

Our team just tested your site one more time, the mage menu is broken didn't from the layout or any problem of our template.
You can test too, change all the menu type of shop menu item from "Category listing" (just example) of HikaShop to a single article, you can see the megamenu comeback when clicking on any item on the megamenu.

Image detail: prntscr.com/omdnxq
prntscr.com/omdonm

Maybe when you update the HikaShop, code on the template is overwritten by HikaShop code.
Please contact with HikaShop team and show this test for them.

Thank you

I found out that in menu category it has change product category from one specific to the main catogory under the update install.
Thats why the google AD link was bad.

if I set Front-end CSS-fil to none instead of default the template is corretc???????
Is this normal?
The mega Menu is still bad but only in category pages.

After update library was set to yes. When this is set to yes I cannot use default front-end CSS-file and I had to set it to nothing.
When I set library to no I can use default CSS file and my home page work again normal.
So the update of Hikashop did change something and I used 6 hours to find out because the update change settings.
You need to take care that the updates do not change settings in Joomla please.

Hi,

The updates are not changing the settings. You already had that setting activated. And it's not chaning template files either.

The "use chosen library" setting activates the chosen library, which is a Joomla library using the mootools js library to make the dropdowns pretty on your frontend.
I believe your issue is with a jquery conflict, which is common issue when multiple extensions use jquery / mootools libraries.
And as I said, that's usually solvable with jQuery easy. Now, turning off that setting removes one library from the header so you don't get the conflict but that's just luck.
