I just got a notification of payment from PayPal (confirmed), and then immediately afterwards, the order was marked as cancelled in the Hikashop system?
Is this a glitch, or is there a setting I need to change?
This is the message I got from the system: Hi ,
Hello, A paypal notification was received with the status cancelled. The order is now cancelled. This notification was for the order K9 on the website
