Hi there
I need to add the material of my products (like alouminium, metal, etc) in product page. In csv i have a list of type of material of each one product.
I have created a custom field named material in field type cutom text. that display in product page as material:
All ok , my questions is can i add the above csv through import method and all the type of materials to add in custom text? like this example:
material:aluminium for product 1
material:metal for product2

What would be the column name in csv?
Thanks in advance

Hello,

The solution can be to :
- Export your products using the Exports button via "HikaShop->Products"
- Fill the csv file with your values
- Import it again

Kind regards,
Mohamed Thelji.

Hi,

The problem is the type of your custom field.
The type "custom text" is a type which allows you to have text between other custom field inputs on forms.
So there is no column in the database corresponding to the custom field.
You need to delete it and recreate it with the type "text". Then, you'll be able to use the column name of the custom field in your CSV to import data into it.
