You should be able to do that by default with HikaShop.
You just need to enter the value you want in the "maximum price" setting of your existing shipping methods, and create a new manual shipping plugin instance with a price of 0 and a "minimum price" with that same value.
That way, when the cart total amount is below that value, you'll see your existing shipping methods, and when it is above, you'll see that manual shipping method with a price of 0 which will actually show "free shipping" instead of the price.

You mean on the cart module ?
In that case, there is a setting in the HikaShop cart module (that you can edit via the Joomla modules manager), to display the shipping fees on the cart. If you activate it, then you'll see the currently selected shipping method. and thus if the free shipping method gets selected as you reach the free shipping value you entered in the min/max price field of your shipping methods, you'll see the shipping fee go to 0 in the cart or go to the fee of the shipping method based on the situation.
But maybe you're talking about something else ?

What you should do in that case is to create a new "free shipping" manual shipping method via the menu System>Shipping methods and use the "minimum price" and "maximum price" settings of your shipping methods to display them or not on the checkout.
