Attachinvoice: error while clicking on "Rechnung" (invoice)

-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.9.16
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.16
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.15
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The html tag
is not known by Html2Pdf

Hi,
I installed attachinvoice and after I activate the plugin I got an error if I click on "Rechnung" on Page "Orders" in the backend.

Could you please give me advice?

Do you have the error for different orders ? Or only for one order ?
Did you modify the file plugins/hikashop/attachinvoice/attachinvoice/invoice.php ?
What did you enter in the "footer" setting of the plugin in the Joomla plugins manager ?

Hi,
I get this message for other orders too. I did not modify the invoice.php.
I tried it with or without text. The problem remains.
Everything is fine when I deactivate the plugin.

Hi,

I did the exact same steps: install the latest version of that plugin from our website, on one on my test websites, ativated, printed an invoice, and it works just fine.
So since I can't reproduce the problem, I can only conclude that it comes from something on your end.
So I would need a backend access and a FTP access in order to check the situation.
Could you provide that along with a link to this thread via our contact form ?

I'm sorry for the late answer.
I was able to solve the problem.
Very helpful was your hint to Bobwales in the thread " www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/89...teristic.html#317595 ":

What I would recommend is to add the code:
exit;
before the code:
$pdfContent[] = ob_get_clean();

Analyzing the HTML gave me the solution. In the payment method "Banktransfer" I had made a typo in the <br/> tag. I wrote </br> instead.
