Remove version info from source code

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera, Safari - latest version

Hi,
On the checkout page (not sure if there are other pages as well), the following is shown in the source code:

<!-- HikaShop Component powered by www.hikashop.com -->
<!-- version Business : 4.2.2 [xxxxxxxxxx] -->

How I can remove this comment from all the pages it is on?

Hi,

It's useful for us to know which version you're on when we check your pages when you request support.
That's why we don't provide a setting to turn that off.
However, you can go in your phpmyadmin and change the entry with the namekey "show_footer" with the value -1 in the table hikashop_config and that will remove it.

Hi thanks. However, I noticed there is also a visible "HikaMarket, Joomla!® Ecommerce System" footer on the seller control panel page. I tried to do the same for the Hikamarket and Hikasubscription config tables but it didn't work. Can you help?

Hello,

You need to use HikaSerial 3.1.1 and HikaMarket 3.1.0 to have the "show_footer" compatibility with the value "-1".
