I'm trying to move the custom fields I've made to the upper part of the page. I moved some stuff around through show_default.php file but I'm struggling with these specific objects I'll show you in an attachment below. Is there a way for those to go up, too?

Hi,

Custom product fields are displayed by default in the upper part of the page, next to the image, as you can see on our demo website:
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/.../with-specifications
Since they are not there on your link, it means that you've moved them already. So move them back to where they are by default and it should do what you want.

Hi. I'm sorry for the late response. I wasn't the one who moved the custom fields in that particular page but someone who no longer works with our team, so I was curious as to how it's possible for me to do it as well for this site and future ones.

Also, would it be possible to move just ONE custom field to another place? Let's say I only want that red button to go on the top side of the page. Would that be possible?

Hi,

Well, anything is possible, but all this will require some coding.
I can't say precisely how to move the fields back as I don't know how they were moved in the first place and which version of HikaShop the modification was based on etc.
Now, I could check on the situation and make the modifications you need for you but that's outside of normal user support (and on top of that your subscriptions are expired at the moment), so if you're interested, please use a contact form to request a quote with precise explanations of what needs to be moved where and we can give you a price for these modifications.

I have renewed the subscription (it's been a bit hectic lately, so it took me a bit, apologies). I'm back now. What do I have to do to help you help me? :P Do I check any specific files to give you details of? Or I proceed with the ticket?

Hi,

Well, as I said, this requires development.
We sure can work on this for you, but that requires:
- a backend access
- that the tell exactly what field needs to be moved where
- that you pay for the time spent on this (as I said, this is development work, and it's outside normal user support)

Understandable.
Please go on with that. How do we start? Will this be expensive? Can I have a cost estimation?

Hi,

It would be around 100€ + or - a few tens of euros based on the extent of the modifications you want.
If it's just moving one field from one place to another on the product page, it should be 50€.
To proceed, you can use our contact form:
www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html
Provide the exact information on what you want us to change (with links to the pages and screenshots if necessary) and a link to this thread for reference and we'll be able to reply back to you with a precise quote.
