Product page - "Contact us for more information" email is not working

Hello,
My hikashop (and Joomla CMS) can send emails from the contact form, cart, etc., but it doesn't send emails from the product page's "Contact us for more information".
The icon spins forever, no error message shown.

Solved it.
In the past, I had made a custom view for contact.php and now after the new Hikashop's version, this has to be updated.
