I don't know of any SMS component who can do the same thing.
You could always contact the different developers of SMS related extensions on the JED to see if one could do such integration with HikaShop:

The issue is that when you want to send SMS from your website, you need to register with a SMS sending service. AcySMS had developed tens of plugins for the different operators out there so it was really a great solution to accomodate most people.

The alternative here is to develop a HikaShop plugin to do the SMS sending for the SMS sending service you want to use. If you have the SMS sending service API documentation and a PHP developer, you can have him do that for you (or hire one to work on that).

I actually had a call with the manager of the project at Acyba.
They currently have AcySMS in pause while they are focusing on Wordpress support of AcyMailing, which is why you can't purchase it directly on their website.
In fact, they are actually thinking about releasing the code of AcySMS on github.
Also, he told me that you should directly contact him if you want to get a hold of AcySMS in the mean time.

Finally, I think that AcySMS is really the best and most complete SMS solution on Joomla. It's a shame they were not able to make enough money with it that they had to stop working on it. What you can do with anything else related to SMS out there on Joomla is so far beyond that I wouldn't recommend anything else. And frankly, I don't see us developing a similar solution to add SMS capabilities to HikaShop as so much work has already been done in AcySMS.
