Dashboard Orders Statistics shows error message only

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.18
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.11
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Not enough columns given to draw the requested chart.×

since recently, the orders statistics chart shows error message only. Sometimes it's

"Not enough columns given to draw the requested chart"

and at other times

"Table has no columns"

All I did is delete orders and users that were left from the intallation

Hello,

That message comes from Google Charts since there is no "data" for the chart because there is no order.
Due to the dropdown which can change dynamically the content of the charts ; we cannot avoid the loading of Google Chart if you don't have data for the default value ; you might have some data if you change the scale.
Of course, there is only when you don't have any order at all but it's for a short period of time.

Of course that was my assumption and I would not have posted if it had been the case. However, I have entered new orders after deleting the previous ones. The error message still remains the same

Hello,

Thus, these orders do not have an "invoice number" or do not have an order status which make them available for the statistics.
It will be difficult to tell without details regarding your configuration and orders.

I suggest you tell me what prerequisites the orders have to meet to avoid this error message

In the menu System>Order statuses, you have a "statistics" column. Only the orders with an order status enabled under this column will be taken into account for the dashboard statistics.
So that's the first thing I would recommend you to check.
In fact, that's the only thing I can think of.
