2 Bugs, 1 Missing Falang feature on Product with multple variants

1. Bug Adding variants with a second set of characteristics (i.e. variant 1 = colors, variant 2 = batteries-type) works awesome, BUT ;do note that [bt]he base price of the product is being rounded down[/b] --> specifically 123,95 EUR becomes 123,00005 EUR and has to be corrected after all the variants have been defined and got their price definition (or percentage of base price)

2. Bug In front office, product detail page -> options selection, (when having 0 stock of a variant), the product shows only variant 1 (i.e. color) and even when user selects a variant without available stock (i.e. red, with zero stock in all its level 2 variants), the user can add it to cart. In FACT it is the base variant (i.e. gray) that is being added to the cart.
To replicate this, DO NOT SELECT THE FIRST VARIANT (i.e. Gray, which has enough stock), but SELECT DIRECTLY ANY other color i.e. (blue, red, khaki) which have no stock.

3 Missing Feature: In frontoffice adding characteristcs does not allow (not show) Falang translations (save and edit misses Falang language options) --> Translations have to be done in backoffice/administrator.
