Problem in product view After upgrade to hikashop 4.4.0

Hi,
After upgrading to hikashop 4.4.0 I have a problem in the product view.

I have the tabular view on my product page. If I enable "Characteristics dynamic display" the carrousel that I have under the product disappears.

The description and specifications of the table disappear and the table tab selector does not work.




If I disable "Characteristics dynamic display" the stock of the variants all appear in "NO stock"

Hi,

I checked a product page on your website and I do know if what I'm looking at is normal or not.
We might need a backend access to be able to directly check your settings against the situation on the product page.
I don't see a carousel on your product page.
Is that because you left that setting activated ?
There is actually no such carousel in the middle of the product page by default in HikaShop. How did you add it there ?

I have been analyzing and testing
I found a problem and a conflict.

1. The problem:
If I enable "Characteristics dynamic display" the carrousel that I have under the product page disappears. Carousel is

The description and specifications of the table disappear and the table tab selector does not work. (Only tabs appear)

- Disable third party plugins like magiczoom, and the result is the same.

2. The conflict
I found that I have a conflict with the magiczoom:
If I disable the "Characteristics dynamic display" the carousel below the product page appears (You may also like) and the product descriptions and tabs work.
But it conflicts with the stock of variants.
When changing between color and size, it shows a wrong stock, as if the quantity was not updated in each variant.
As I know the stock of the product, I know that it is showing a wrong stock. In a color and size there are 7 and he shows 2 or 3 and sometimes it appears that there is no stock.
Disable the magiczoom and with the "Characteristics dynamic display" disabled it works fine.

How do I privately share the access to the administrator?

I would like to have "Characteristics dynamic display" working correctly on the web.

Hi,

Regarding the issue with MagicZoom, maybe you have an old version of MagicZoom. I remember they fix some compatibility issue which seems similar to what you're describing several months ago.
So I would recommend checking for updates of MagicZoom and contact their support.

Regarding the issue you describe with the option "Characteristics dynamic display" activated, we'll have to check the situation directly.
Please provide:
- The URL of a product page with the issue
- a backend access

Hello,

We have recieved your backend references, but this user can't go to HikaShop Main Configuration, please in order to be able to progress to your subject, provide an account with configuration full access, please.

Process like previously with our us form (backend references, url link to this topic, etc etc...)

Hi,

Thank you for that.
I was able to debug the situation.
The issue was that the "Characteristics dynamic display" setting, when activated, could generate a javascript error in some cases on the product page when the first characteristic would be displayed as radio, which was the case on your URL.
I've added a patch for that on your website with the access you provided and we've also added the patch on our end so no worries for future updates of HikaShop. It's now working fine on your website.
