Hi

When going through the orders it would be nice to have a previous and next button on the order page, sp I can quickly switch to the next order.
Now I have to click on "Back" and then scroll on the list and find the next order.

Example:

Hi,

Using the orders listing of HikaShop myself on our website several times every day for more than 10 years, I never felt the need to have a next and a previous buttons there.
For two reasons:
- Usually, when I edit an order, it's because someone asked me something about his order. So I enter the order number or the email or the name of the user in the search input field, and click on the order. If I have to check another order after that, it's usually unrelated to the previous one, and not the next/previous one so I wouldn't need these buttons.
- Supposing that I need to edit the orders one after the other for some reason (for example to change the status of all of the orders I just shipped). I would like to only take into account the orders in a particular status (only confirmed orders for example). But if the next and previous buttons just allow me to access the next and previous orders based on their creation date then I might have to click several time on the buttons to skip the orders that aren't in the status I need. It would probably be easier and less error prone to go back on the listing where I can apply the status filter to only see the orders in the status I want to work with to select the next one.

So in short, I don't see a use to add such buttons there. I feel that most of the time they would be useless. Could you maybe explain why you feel they would be useful to you ? How do you use the orders manager which would make such buttons more practical to you ?

Hi

I use the order listing to finish and ship every order.

I select the oldest order that has not been shipped.
I open the order and look at what the order cntains. I take the items from the shelves and pack them and create a shipping label.
When finished with this order I move to the next order.
This continues until I have finished all orders.

So I would greatly benefit from these 2 buttons. And if they would move to the next/previous in the filter that has been applied it wuld be even better.

Regards
Jacob

Hello,

Maybe this won't fit your needs but just as a suggestion why don't you use a Mass Actions to simplified your operations ?
See my screenshot :

Then, you have just to click on "process" to see the result displayed, this will product a working list for your "manual" operation more clear and quick to read.
Note that in Actions part, you can select which data you want to display in your "list".

Hope this will help you in your management.
Regards

Hi

What I need is a page that has all the information on one order:
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Every order line, to be able to pick the goods from the shelves
- Details about the shipping method selected
- Details about the payment selected
- Detals about the payment smount etc.

All these information I need so I can process each order:
- Pick the correct goods
- Print the shipping label
- Copy the payment details to my economy system

All this informatin is nicely formatted ion the orders page

The Mass Action that you suggest shows me a lot of information about each order in one line, Many fields that are only used for a specific product will be visible for all orders making it very large.
So unless I'm missing some option to display the information in a readable way, this option is not usable for my needs.

I still request that the previous/next buttons would be a very nice enhancement for me and probably other users. Of course they will not be used by everyone - I dont use a lot of features - I just leave them :)
