Possible bug in new version?

hi everyone.
I don't know if you can help me - hope so.
since I updated Hikashop about 5% of my customers can't access their "Customer download space" they get an errormessage

If they navigate in their browser back, they can access their customer space and view their orders, but not the "customer download space"

We didn't find any relations that could be a common thing... they use various browsers and devices.. some are old customers, some new... all in all about 5-10%.

I have to add and emphasize, this problem still only affects about 5-10% of our customers... and I had to use a customers account to reproduce this error, cos I couldn't do it with any account I created...
