-- url of the page with the problem -- : licentiesoftware.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.25
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.11
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

My website is selling licenses and mostly I sell to private persons. Now I am developing a section that will be B2B and only will be used by businesses.

My question is how can I separate this from my regular part? Better said that the items will be visible but with no price ... only when logged in and when sold that the business have to give his tax number and KvK (Room of Commerce) number?

I hope I made clear what I am asking ;)

Regards and thanks!

Hi,

In the Prices area of these B2B products, when you edit/create a price, you have an "access level" setting which allows you to restrict the price to only some user groups.
So you'll want to restrict the price of these products to the bB2B user group where your B2B users will be in.
Then, make sure that the "Display add to cart button for free products" setting is turned off in the HikaShop configuration so that other users, who won't see any price on these products won't be able to purchase them for free.
Finally, change the text "Free" that will appear on the page for them to something else like "price available only for B2B users" with a translation override:

Thank you Nicolas ... that worked. Can it also be done in another way like this:

I can still show the price (or not but showing adding to basket without free price) and when at the paying part they have to fill in Tax and Kvk (Room of Commerce) number to show that they are a company and of course there will be a check on that?

The rest of the customers don't have to so I separate them.

Hi,

You can create custom fields of the table "order" that will have to be filled on the checkout and restrict them to only some products or some categories so that they will appear and be required only when needed.
The drawback is that the customers would have to enter that information for each checkout. So then, you would have to move the customers to specific user groups so that you could limit the custom fields based on the user group so that the customer would only have to enter these information once.
