Hi,

The mass action filter does not pass the correct number of results.
This will confuse you and waste a lot of time trying to figure out what's going on.
But after I looked at the result on screen and counted the numbers, I noticed the Hikashop is not properly communicating the correct amount of results.

You can test this by yourself with the Mass action below on our site.

Use Mass action: Prijzen aanpassen Varianten

If you search on a price in a category, Hikashop will displays 73 result.
But when you export it to CSV (Excel) you will find only 69 results.

I'll sent you the logindetails on the e-mail.

Hi,

HikaShop will display a result for each filter when you set it up. That's because it counts the results per filter. So it's normal that you get a bigger number that the number at the end since the number you see is only for the products with that price_value, regardless of the category.
If you change the category, you'll see a count for the category filter for only the products in that category.

The goal of this number is to provide assistance when you fill your filters so that you have a ballpark idea that what you entered is what you need.
