Do you see the email in the Customer>Emails history menu, in the backend of HikaShop ?
If yes, then HikaShop sent the email to the email server of your hosting.
And if so, it was probably refused for some reason, or ended up as spam.
Normally, the reason is logged in the log file of the email server.
So a good way to start looking for the cause is to contact your hosting support with a screenshot of the information of an email from the email history that was not received and ask them to check the logs of the email server so that they can tell you what is in the log.
That will help understand what is wrong.
Also, in most cases, the issue is related to spam detection, so a good thing to try is

so it can give you a diagnostic of the email if it's a spam issue.
