Just a question about Tax Rates and version 4.4.2

Hi,

There is something that strikes us and we don't know why it is.
Normally line 3 is always at € 0 in recent years, but in the month of April it suddenly stands at € 603.84.
Where does this suddenly come from?

Is this related to an update of version 4.4.2?
What does the website suddenly do with that month?

Hi,

I don't think it's a bug of the 4.4.2. The only thing we changed was the way the order statuses selector works (hence the previous bug you reported).
That must mean someone with a company with a valid VAT number located in Europe purchased something at amount on your website. Or maybe two or several of them.
Note that since you've selected "all statuses", it means that even orders with the status "created" are taken into account, even if they were not paid. So it's possible that the real number you want to take into account for your accounting is several times lower.
Basically, you need to check your orders manually to see what are the orders with that tax rate.

- Every month we have orders from companies with a valid VAT number located in Europe purchased something.
- We only have orders with status shipped when we filter the last month. Alle other orders are deleted.

Normaly when we check older months the VAT in row 3 is empty (see for example last screenshot from April below) but we do have orders with a valid VAT number located in Europe.

So the question is why was line 3 empty in all months before April?
