Hi,

The file is available here: www.hikashop.com/sampledata/dataexample.zip
You can extract it locally and upload the content to your tmp folder. So if you're using the default tmp folder of Joomla, you should have a folder tmp/dataexample/ at the root of your website.
Then, you can call the URL yourwebsite.com/administrator/index.php?...ta_save&xxx=1&step=3
to directly start the process of moving the data where it needs to go in HikaShop.
xxx needs to be replaced by the current session token ( docs.joomla.org/How_to_add_CSRF_anti-spoofing_to_forms ).
Normally, on the page where you get that error, you should see the token in the URL address bar of your browser instead of the xxx. That token will change each time you login/logout.

Hi Nicolas,

There's no token, this is the url with the error: test.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=update&task=wizard_save

do I need another url call then? I tried test.com/administrator/index.php?...ta_save&step=3 but that didn't work.

Hi,

If the token is not provided the processing will be refused.
If you don't see the token in the URL, then it means it is sent in the POST.
If you have the developer console open, you'll see the token sent in the POST data.

I was able to install the sample data. I installed it without the TAX activated and then it installed all the samples. With the TAX activated it keeps giving an error.

Hi,

Strange, that would mean that it's Joomla's archive library which isn't able to extract the file. That would probably mean that the wizard was not able to download and / or store the european_taxes.zip file in the tmp folder of the website.

Hi,

Well, actually it did install the taxes, but after that was not able to install the sampledata. With the option to not install the taxes it was the other way around.
