Stripe Connect Payment Plugin

Hey guys is this still a valid plugin? I saw somewhere it is end of life, and just bought it and cant get it to work anyway

Hi,

You're mistakenning it for this plugin:
github.com/HikaShop/hikashoppayment-stripe
This one reached its end of life and can't work anymore.
However, the Stripe Connect plugin is still valid and working.
If you can't get it to work, we would need more information about how you configured it (a screenshot).

Hi Nicolas, I think I am using the right one. Have issues though as it stalls with

STRIPE_PLEASE_WAIT

If I send a screenshot that is all you are really going to see anyway

Hello,

It means that StripeJS (from the Stripe website) cannot load its content.
The common issue is that you do not have SSL on your website.
If you open your browser console you will have the details coming from StripeJS.

Right so no SSL certificate is a problem cause that is accurately detailed in the product configuration or pre requisite for this to work?
So $300 later, 2 payment plugins and an SSL certificate.... let's see if this works shall we?

Hello,

If you open your browser console you will have the details coming from StripeJS.

The plugin is using StripeJS from the Stripe website ; unfortunately if their library refuse to initialize due to SSL or other element, we can't log anything in the plugin since it's done from the client part.
You have to check the browser console for details.

And regarding SSL ; you can have free one thanks to "letsencrypt" : letsencrypt.org/
