Payment issue

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.xyznetworks.com.au
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.27

This was a test transaction and I end up with a URL:

www.xyznetworks.com.au/index.php?option=...5&lang=en&Itemid=234

Blank page. I dare say I have failed to do something, or misconfigured something.

Hello,

If you're using the legacy mode (which is not recommended)
The URL is called from a form and it should include some POST data (the Stripe Token) to finalize the order paiement

If you're using the 3DSecure mode :
The URL is called from the javascript and you should never got it in your browser.

Where are the instructions to install this in 3D secure mode? This is now the second payment plugin I have bought and neither have worked, so now we will wait another day to get some sort of response......

The StripeConnect plugin is pre-configured with the right mode by default.
