Hello everyone. I uploaded the file to the product card in the admin panel when adding a product, but I don't see it on the site.

The card contains options. What could be the reason that the downloaded file is not displayed?

Hi,

By default, when you upload a file in the "images and files" section of a product, its "free download" setting is turned off.
So that means that a download link will be provided to the customer after he purchases the product.
If you want the file to be directly available to the customer on the product details page, you need to click on the file name. It will open a popup. And there, you can turn on the "free download" option.

And where can I rename so that in the product card the column is not called downloads, but documents, for example?

Hello,

The solution will probably be to directly edit your translation file via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Languages" :
www.hikashop.com/download/languages#translate

Can you show us screenshots of where you want to change it so that we can properly guide you ?
