Problem with additional fields

The comma is a special character used to separate different values in the database.
So you can use it for the "title" input of the value, but you should avoid using it for the "value" input of the value as that is what will be saved in the database.
I guess we should add an error message when you try to add values with comma in the "value" input to refuse it as this can cause issues like the one you're describing.
