Checkout - Error Message Wrong shipping address

I am sorry, I have done something with the tax settings and am now getting an error message in the checkout workflow. Error Wrong shipping address for addresses in Nevada, the default tax zone. The Shipping and Billing addresses match. I have clearly done something stupid. UK addresses work.

I was looking at an issue with my site listing VAT, my shop is in the USA and not the UK, so should not be adding VAT but should be adding sales tax (using tax cloud api to calculate sales tax amount). I sent a separate ticket about that too.

Hi,

This error indicates that TaxCloud refused the shipping address you're using as a customer.
So please double check that address, and make sure that all the fields are filled and that the address is valid and it should work fine.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried a different address and it still says the address is wrong. I tried an address that I know is valid. I checked that both addresses match.

Any other ideas? I have reset the address format to the default setting in the Cart workflow.

This was all working fine until yesterday. Just not sure what I did :^)

I had created a Support Ticket with TaxCloud.

Hello,

Just a guess but maybe there thing that have to be check on TaxCloud servers ? As your TaxCloud account settings (in taxcloud.net website), or have more data about the error directly in a TaxCloud error log OR directly with the TaxCloud support ?

In case you do not know, I share this documentation about TaxCloud so that you can redo a general point on the configuration of the plugin, and hopefully inspire you with new points to check.

Hope this will be helpful in order to solve your issue.
