Hi,

There is no black list mechanism in HikaShop.
I suppose that you must have installed some protection extension which has that feature.
So you'll have to check that.
Regarding using the email instead of the username for the login, you need to install such an extension so that Joomla can support it :
extensions.joomla.org/extension/access-a...uthentication-email/

I had installed this but never worked out. Please tell me where to change the name "帳號" to "Email" in the translation or somewhere. Then customer can just put into email to login. Thank you a lot.
I don't know what protecton I have installed. Do you have ideas?

Hi,

If you check the link I gave, it says:

You must implement a simple output override to accomplish the login module label in my attached screenshot. The constants to override are:
COMUSERSLOGINUSERNAMELABEL
COMUSERSFIELDRESETCONFIRMUSERNAMELABEL
MODLOGINVALUE_USERNAME

So you need to add these translation overrides. You can do it via the Joomla translations override interface:
www.joomla-monster.com/documentation/tem...in-joomla-3-template

And I'm sorry but I don't know what protection you have installed. I would recommend you post about your issue on forum.joomla.org
There, there are people who know more about this kind of things than us, since we work mainly with HikaShop and the other extensions we released.
