Hi,

Sorry but we'll first need more information on the problem before being able to answer.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Version actualization tool".
Are you talking about the Joomla update manager ?
And what do you mean by "returns a 403 on the whole site" ? Do you mean that hat you get a 403 error on the page during the update ? In that case, you can download the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website and install the package like you would do for a new install. It will perform the update.

Or do you mean that after the update you get a 403 error on all the pages of your website ? Is it really on all the pages ? Even in the backend ? Or only the product / category pages on the frontend ? For example, if you have a contact form page, do you have the error there too ? And if it's only on some pages, on which type of pages do you have the issue ?

Hello,

yes, I used the Joomla update manager to install the new version. The problem was really on ALL pages. Backend and Frontend, no further access was possible. I had to restore a filebackup of the entire page.

Hi,

Then, I don't know.
I would need more than just the 403 error code to be able to say anything useful since no one else reported that problem with the 4.5.0.
Would you be able to setup a copy of the website and do the update on the copy so that we could check on the issue ? Turning on the "debug system" setting in the Joomla configuration before the update would also be great so that more information might be available on 403 pages.
