Hi,

On the checkout the terms and conditions show a blank pop-up with the message: "no article defined or the page doesn't exist". I thought it could be related to the template, but when changing it to Beez3 I get the same error.

See screenshots. Can you tell me what could be wrong?

Hello,

Can you check that your article is published or have some settings that maybe block the normal process ?
If everything seems correct to you then please provide these elements :
- Url link to your backend
- Backend user references (with maximum Acl)

Note : Use our Contact us form to provide these elements, just don't forget to add an Url link to this topic.

Hope this will help.
Regards

Hi,

I had a look at your backend but I couldn't find any issue with the Joomla article.
So I went in your frontend to check the situation, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue:

I do see the terms & conditions.
So I suppose either you don't have the problem anymore because you changed something in the mean time, or, if you still have the issue, you need to clear your browser's cache.

Hi,

I'ts amazing. I'm already searching for a solution for a week. Did all the obvious things to do like clearing cache and testing with other articles. Don't know what solved it, but thanks for looking in to it.
