Badges don't show on products

Can you process a test with a default template (like ProtoStar) to see if the badge appear maybe it come from the template, but we are awaiting your return to progress on your subject to said more.

I don't think that the issue is a template issue.
Looking at your screenshots, it looks to me that it's a problem with the settings of your badge.
The way you configured the badge it will only display if:
- the date is between 13/06 and 30/06 (that's ok at the moment)
- the stock of the product is between 0 and 10 (that's not ok since your product stock is "unlimited"
- the product has been created less than 4 hours ago ( since your first message if from 1 day ago, that's not ok )
- the product is "Joven - Structured FrameMaker Template" (that's ok for that product)
- the category "Structured Framemaker Templates" is in the list of the categories of the product (that's ok for that product)

So you probably want to :
- empty the setting "maximum product quantity" and the setting "new product period" in your badge and the badge should appear for that product.
Note also that if you select a product in the badge, there is no point in selecting a category.
