Entries list empty

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 4.1.4
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none. But entries sometimes do not show up in the entries list

Sometimes the entries list is empty. Not sure why. For example when I add a search filter, then clean it, still the list is empty..
Am I doing something wrong?

- An url link where we can process some tests directly on your website.
- Your relative setting screenshot (filter entries & module filter)
- A step by step process to reproduce your previously described issue.

Hi Philip, the website is www.eue-connect.com . But to see this you will need backend access.
Is it possible to contact me by mail so I can give you login details?
step by step:
- goto page backend - hikashop products
- click on orders -> entries
--> I now get a list of 20 entries.
-- scroll down and set Display # to all
--> it switches to 100 and the list is showing no more results.
I have to restart the webbrowser to start again.

Hi,

Try adding the line:
case 'all':
after the line:
switch($pageInfo->filter->filter_status){
in the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/views/entry/view.html.php
It seems to fix the issue on our end.

I've been able to add 'all' in the line, and now the list is empty, until I set it to all.
I can see the complete list, however the overview at the bottom doesn't work anymore (see screenshot)

Hi,

It's working fine on my end.
Try to logout/login in order to reset the session data. It might help.
If not, please provide a backend access and a FTP access via our contact form along with a link to this thread so that we can check the situation on your end:

will do so after the event...or at least after I have made a backup..as time is running short now. But if you can help with this after the current event is over, we can prep for the next event and have the system work even better :)
