order creat email

Hi,
I have a strange problem that the old administrator of our site who was resigned, but all the new created order notification email send to her email address.
We did changed the receiver and remove her address from the list , please see screen shot in the attachment
but the email still send to her account but not others.
I can see the email address of all others on the notification mail which was relay from her account, but they actually did not receive the mail, and the most strange thing is her mail account was in bcc, I don't event know how to put mail address into bcc in hikashop,
Could you show me how to set the notification property, thanks in advance.

2_Received_mail.PNG is the mail I received, all their name was in the email, but they actually did not receive the email, and the mail was relay by our server which send all the email to the pre-administrator to my email account.
