Bank transfer problems regarding downloads

Hi,

The screenshots are a bit hard to read. In your bank transfer payment method, it seems that you've selected several shipping methods so that the payment method only appear when one of these shipping methods is selected.
And on your screenshot of the checkout, I can see that the bank transfer payment method doesn't appear with the shipping method "Digitale downloads" selected. However, that shipping method is not in the list of shipping methods of the bank transfer payment method's "shipping methods" setting.
