Name field translation

Hello,

In mu products as well as in my filters name fields, I have some html markup, like for example:
DIAL <span>Cellini</span>

It seems that the html code prevents translation from working in the filters, and the translation is removed each time I'm opening the language screen in products.

Do you have an idea how I can fix this?

Update: I found a way to translate the Name field for my filters.
(But still don't know how to do for the product name field)

Thanks Nicolas for your answer. It's why I did for the filter field name and it was working fine but I had issue wwith the name field of products, but it's now ok.
