How to move item description further up alongside image?

I didn't have this particular problem when I had my J3 site and an older version of H/S so am a bit lost as to how to fix it. Basically when you open up an item in the shop - the only immediate visible info (on a desktop PC) is the image, price & Add to cart shown to the right. Then way down below the image comes the descriptionl.

I'm just a bit concerned some may not scroll down to view it & miss important info as a result.

Is there an easy way to have it displayed underneath the Add to Cart button, or is this the default layout now?
