Hi, in configuration main tab I set
Download time limit 1 month
Download number limit 3
One of my trustable customers bought a downloadable product but had an internet connection problem downloding one file. So he tryed 3 times and now he couldn't try againg for the limit in the configuration.

Please, how can I let him try again to download the file?

Hi,

There is no option to reset the number of downloads of an order.
What you can do is to temporarily increase the download number limit setting of that file in particular in the settings of the corresponding product. That way, it will only apply to this file in particular, and not the whole shop.
Then, once he downloads the file, put back the download number limit setting of that file to what it was before.

Now, it's also possible to reset the number of downloads of an order, but it requires going in your phpmyadmin, and it's not easy to find find what needs to be changed if you're not familiar with phpmyadmin and the table structure of HikaShop.

Thank you, I did as you suggested.

The Hikashop is in production since few days, and I noticed something I don't understand.
As I said I set the maximum number of downloads = 3. Does this means that every single customer who makes a single order can download a file a maximum of 3 times? Or it means that a file can only be downloaded globally 3 times in the shop? So if 4 customers buy it and download it once, the fourth customer will not be able to download it?
I ask this because I see the global number of downloads made in the product section (attached file)
