Quantity of a product.
Hi,
Other than maybe css this out from the customer, is there any official way to set the quantity without displaying to the customer?

Hi,

Yes, you can do translation overrides of the text for the keys X_ITEM_IN_STOCK X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK and NO_STOCK to remove it.
You can also do a view override of the view files involved via the menu Display>Views and remove the stock display from there. It's quite easy to do with the page builder drag'n'drop interface there.
