-- Joomla version -- : 4.0
-- PHP version -- : 7.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

Hello, sorry I'm using a translator.
I upgrade my joomla in a sub folder to 4.0 with php version 7.4. Hikashop version 4.4 only as a catalog where you can access only from a reserved area unfortunately ikashop doesn't work on the site side while on the admin side it is displayed but I don't see the category tree also when I register a user for that reserved area it gives me an error, I find the user but then I can't log in with that user. Now I don't know how to proceed, the license is not recognized in the subfolder, but I don't think this is the problem, do I move the site to the root and update hikashop? Or are there other problems? Thank you

I created a test link without protected area to see the problem actually the original links are in the reserved area, last link of the menu, the debug is enabled

Hi,

You need to update your HikaShop. Download the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website and install it on your J4 website and it will fix the problems.

Hi, I don't know how to proceed, I would like to update in the subfolder where I updated Joomla (I haven't moved it to the root yet) but (license now expired) and being in a subfolder it doesn't even recognize the old one, what should I do? Is it a problem if I buy a new license and then install it in the subfolder? Or do I download the 4.7.5 version of hikashop starter from my profile, update and then purchase a new license after moving everything to the root? Thank you for your patience.

Hi,

Yes, you first need to buy a new license. That way, you'll be able to download the latest version's Business edition isntall package on our website, in the My account>My subscriptions menu.
Then, install the zip on your subfolder and it will run the update.
