Layout at backend not updated even install new version

This indicates that you've customized the "backend CSS" of HikaShop and thus HikaShop relies on that override, not the default CSS of the current version.
Go in the HikaShop configuration page and look at the CSS section under the Display tab. You should find the "backend CSS" option. I suppose it is not set to "default" which means that you're using an old version of the CSS of HikaShop with customizations you added to it.
I would recommend setting it back to "default" and reapplying your customization to the new version if necessary.
