Hide specification

You must have created a custom field of the table "product" via the menu Display>Custom fields so that you could then write the specifications text in it. So edit the settings of the custom field and you'll find display settings, including one for the product details page. Turn it off, and it will remove it from there automatically.

Ahhh. I thought you wanted to remove the whole specifications area.
I think you can do it by adding a bit of CSS on your website:
