Hi,

I'm trying to customize the emails that my site sends, but when I open them, the html, text and preload versions all look the same.

How can I see what the version that is sent to users will look like?

See screenshot. Thanks.

Hi,

There are no screenshots in your message.

The preload section is there to prepare the data from the order ( or other elements based on which email is being sent) so that tags can be used in the HTML section.

The HTML section contains the tags which will be replaced by what is prepared in the preload section, plus the HTML of the actual email which will be sent.

The text section is what displays what the user will see if his email client doesn't support HTML (this should not happen anymore in 2023, so you can ignore the text section).

If you want to preview what the email will look like, you can click on the "preview" button at the top of the page when you're editing the email.
