css Styling - custom.css is not saved

Instead of directly changing the CSS code of the file, I would recommend, like the CSS customization documentation says, to add extra CSS code separated from the default CSS.
That way, it will be easier to maintain in the future.
There are also plugins which allow you to add extra CSS files to your website where you can add your custom HikaShop CSS code:

And some templates also provide ways to add custom CSS which you can use for that.
Some hosting or security extensions will block the saving of the CSS code in the HikaShop backend. In that case, you'll have to do with another method, or directly modify the files in media/com_hikashop/css/ via FTP.
