Counter sales through admin

Hi Guys,

HikaShop Business is a great product for handling website sales, but where you also have an actual shop or a telephones sales operation, there is a need to keep track of those sales and manage the inventory, so it would be great if this could be handled by HikaShop too. I know you can create orders for existing customers that have an account, but most customers that come into a shop don't have an online account or want one. Many don't have email addresses or if they do don't want to share them for a cash sale or in person contactless sale.

So I was wondering if there is a way to enter shop counter sales through the admin control panel without creating user accounts for the customer? It would still need to create a receipt or invoice but this could just use a generic customer name name like "counter sale" perhaps.
