-- Joomla version -- : 5.1.1

Hi,

I installed Hikashop starter and I get the following message (translated from Dutch):

Some plugins are not installed.
Make the following folders writable:
* Joomla / Plugins
* Joomla / Plugins / User
* Joomla / Plugins / System
* Joomla / Plugins / Search

(link) Klik here to restart the installation process.

So I put all these folders on writable but the problem and message remains.
I also started a fresh installation but with no luck.

I also get the message:

Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::folders: Pad is geen map (translate: Path is no folder). Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_hikashop/extensions

I have used Hikashop before and never had this problem.
I hop you can help me with this.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. This first error message is not a problem. It's because we've removed an old plugin from the HikaShop install package, and there is a check in the HikaShop configuration which displays that error if the plugin is missing. And we didn't get this issue during our tests because it only happens if you install HikaShop on a website where it wasn't there before.
I've made a patch in order for the check to be on another plugin. Download again the install package of HikaShop 5.1.0 on our website and install it on yours and you won't get the message anymore.

Hi,
The fact that you cannot write in folders is not a problem related to hikashop, if you have purchased hosting, ask for their support, if you have your own local server, search and see how you can change the settings of the folders (chmode).
