Error with 5.0.1

Since the installation of version 5.0.1 we have detected that when a user with products in the shopping cart pre-registers, hikashop directly completes the order and redirects it to the payment gateway (in our case Redsys).
I have rolled back Hikashop and verified that this error is not there.
There have also been several users who have said that the purchase has been completed on its own. I will keep the previous version until you confirm that the issues are resolved.

Hi,

Ok. That will be hard to help you without more information and without being able to reproduce the issue.
Would it be possible to make a copy of the website so that you can provide access to it for us. That way, we can look into the problem without disturbing your customers.
Also, are we talking about the 5.0.1 or the 5.1.0 ?

Thanks. I've made a patch which fixes the problem. Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and it will add the patch.
