PayPal Checkout blank pop up blocking/covering the PayPal login form

Hi,

The latest version of the PayPal plugin has a major issue. We have noticed many Cancelled transactions due to it, and lost customers.
When the PayPal link is clicked it opens an empty pop-up window (labeled about:blank - Goggle Chrome), which covers the PayPal login form which has loaded and sits behind the empty window. Users do not realise and leave the website without paying. This occurs in both Chrome and Firefox. Screenshots attached, shot 2 is the window pulled to the side of the Paypal login screen.

Please fix ASAP as this is losing us business.
