Error 500 when updating from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0

Hi,

I hope you re well.

Install gets 500 error when upgrading from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0. I have tried downloading it from my hika account and uploading it and from the list of required updates in Joomla.

Hi,

Could you activate the "debug" setting of the joomla configuration and try again ? You should hopefully get a more complete error message which should allow us to tell you what to do.

Sorry for the delay and Happy New Year.

Having turned on debug, I have 2 exceptions and 2 Stack Traces when trying to update from 5.0.2 to 5.1.2. See screenshots.

Hi,

The errors are not really coming from HikaShop or Joomla.
They come from your MySQL server.

I would recommend asking your hosting company support about it.
They should be able to tell you why this is happening, and potentially even fix it for you in some cases.

Hi,

I have an issue saving or creating products now. I haven't been able to upgrade yet due to the existing SQL issue, so that still stands but now when saving I am getting the 1054 Unknown column 'price_zone_id' in 'field list' error. I cannot edit or add any products.

Click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration page and it will fix this error.
