Hello,

From what we can see on the JED herehere , it seems that this plugin is not compatible with Joomla 5 and HikaShop 5.
In fact, it may even be that the plugin has stopped evolving since 2017. This could also explain why they haven’t responded to inquiries.

I’m afraid you’ll need to find another solution.
Usually for this type of need we recommend these two plugins, to see if one or the other can satisfy your needs.
