not send emails reminder of renewal registration

hello i using akeebasubscription integration with hika shop ..
all work good , when user is registred so subscription is created with all right details...
for test it i did a 1 day registration and set the email notifacation to 1 and 0 but the notnotifacation emails not coming...
any idea way ?
i enable all plugs requierd... what can be the problem any one know?

In the paypal recurring payment plugin options, is the status of the valid command set to "confirmed" ?
Are the new orders created the second day ? With which status ?

i do not want to use recuring payment ... i need that when customer purches product he will add to some subscription level then the manegment of payments and renew will pass to akeeba component ... and email notifacations ill send trow akeeba and the end the renew will be in akeebasub front panel...
so i do not need the recurring hikashop plugin

HikaShop and the akeebasubs plugin allow to set subscription level on a product, and then when paying through HikaShop the subscription is created.
Generally the plugin paypal recurring is used, because the subscriptions needs to be set a recurring subscriptions.
Then each recurring period, after the payment is made, we send the information to akeeba subscription to create a new subscription, and a new order is created in HikaShop, because this order is created, an email is sent.

In your case, if you don't use recurring subscriptions and so don't use paypal recurring, the subscriptions are managed in Akeeba subscriptions, so HikaShop don't have to send any emails, because it had no more informations about this subscriptions.

ok .. yea that what i mean... so from now on akeeba subscription will managed the renew emails... and renew payment will be in akeeba am i right ?

Yes with your current settings, Akeeba has to manage that.

mmm ok for some reason akeebasubscription not sending the notifacation emails...
i did exaclly what that guide say (without the grups couse no need and just one level ) but for some reason still not getting the notifacations...

if i want that :

the first purches will be in hikashop
then after purches details will drop to akeebasubscription membership level
then the renew with be with paypal in manage by akeebasubscription

what i need to do in cofiguration ? in hika shop i know that i need to install the plugin that let the integration and dont need the recurring plugin.
in akeeba subscription :
i need to active recurring ?
i activate the paypal method plugin payment + emails notifacations what else ?

Hi,

I can't really help you on that, that's Akeeba subscriptions questions. Not HikaShop issues.
HikaShop is creating the order, and the subscription correctly, it send the notification email for the first ordering, so to resume it's doing all hte things requested.

Regarding how to set akeeba to have mails etc, for the second subscription, I don't really know how do that
