Hi,

There is no possibility to import the akeeba users in HikaShop, it will require a development.

Why not use our akeeba plugin in order to subscribe akeeba subscriptions through HikaShop products and use the HikaShop user/address custom fields ?

Hi I have now implemented the plugin to handle all subscriptions and subscriber details in Hikashop, however emails seem to be limited, if a user/customer updates their user profile or address info is there a way to have this updated info sent to site admin via email?

Hi,

There is no things like that in HikaShop at this time.
But it can be easily added thanks to a plugin based on the functions "onAfterUserUpdate()" or "onAfterAddressUpdate()". hikashop.com/support/documentation/62-hi...ntation.html#address

Just get the informations in the $element object, and send the email thanks to the Joomla mailer system.

Also my Client wants an export of customer information including addresess and contact infoexported as a CSV to include in their accounting program - I can't see way to do this either I would have thought this would be a standard feature - eg the ability to export customers as well as Orders?

Hi,

To export user data, you can use the mass actions via the menu System > Mass actions.
Select the data "user" and in the action select "Export a CSV file", then check the desired values to export.

That works fine - however I still have a problem that all of my Joomla users do not show in Hikashop users?

Hi,

HikaShop should get all the Joomla users, have the missing users specific things ? Were they registered via another component or something like that ?
